Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on destination and package size.

Carrier selection is determined automatically to ensure the most efficient delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time as carrier delays may occur.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
